1. Business Development Executive
Location : Shah Alam – Kota Kemuning, Johor Bahru, Penang – Simpang Ampat
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer retention and the profitability.
- Prepares sales quotation, follow up & attend to queries from customers.
- Develop and maintain the customer relationship (wholesalers) for Sales and Rental machine unit.
- Always present in professional appearance.
- Develop new customer base via Cold Call.
- Able to do presentation using Power Point is an added advantage.
Requirements:
- Well versed in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Fresh Graduate is always welcome or 1-3 years sales experience
- Experience in using Microsoft Office. With CRM skill is an added advantage
- Experience in selling Industrial product is an added advantage
- Good communication & organizational skills
- Minimum Diploma / Bachelor Degree in any expertise

2. Field Service Technician (Contract or Permanent)
Location : Shah Alam – Kota Kemuning, Johor Bahru, Penang – Simpang Ampat
Job Responsibilities:
- To carry out preventive maintenance, field repair work to customers in Malaysia
- Attend job at the customer site, which shall show professionalism and commitment as per company rules and guideline
- To carry out pre-delivery inspections fully
- To report in all work carried out & material used during any repairs (CRM software) or service contract work (CRM & PM sheet).
- Company will provide technical training
- The maintenance & safe keeping of tooling issued by the company
- Responsible for Stocks / Van Tools in Service Vehicle
Requirements:
- Able to understand English with Basic writing
- Able to use computer
- Minimum certificate or diploma in mechanical studies (automation, machinery etc.)
